• Valentine Herbert Smith, 45, of Hidden Forest Lane in Charlotte, was charged with uttering a forged instrument, obtaining property by false pretenses, resisting/delaying/obstructing a public officer, false/fictitious name/address on registrant application, speeding while attempting to elude arrest and conspiracy, Oct. 16.

Justin Allen Alexander, 32, of N.C. 150 in Maiden, was charged with a true bill of indictment. Oct. 16.

Brianna Csardi Ramseur, 23, of Kings Ridge Drive in Charlotte, was charged with speeding, DWLR or disqualification non-support and resisting/delaying/obstructing a public officer, Oct. 16. 

• Anthony Jackson Lewis, 26, of Mull Road in Vale, was charged with larceny and possessing stolen goods, Oct. 17.

• Kimberly Denise Ferrell, 49, of N.C. 73 in Iron Station, was charged with first-degree trespassing, Oct. 17.

• Anthony Derek McCreary, 37, of Sandhurst Drive in Newton, was charged with assault on a female and communicating threats, Oct 17.

• Johnathon Louis Brock, 47, of English Oak Drive in Lincolnton, was charged with assault in the presence of a minor, assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age and interfering with emergency communication, Oct. 17.

• David Austin Williams, 22, of Bumgarner-James Lane in Lincolnton, was charged with injury to personal property, communicating threats and first-degree trespassing, Oct. 17.

• Terry Lee Smith, 46, of Lincoln Street in Lincolnton, was charged with driving while license revoked, Oct. 18.

• Danny William Bailey, 42, of Bailey Road in Mooresville, was charged with impersonating a law-enforcement/other public officer and communicating threats, Oct. 18.

• Samantha Dawn Smith, 26, of Rumfelt Road in Stanley, was charged with failure to comply, Oct. 18.

• Randi Rakhia White, 20, of Rufus Road in Denver, was charged with simple assault, simple assault and battery or affray, Oct. 18.

• Shemele Nicole Smith, 26, of Lakeland Avenue in Lincolnton, was charged with communicating threats, simple assault, and simple assault and battery or affray, Oct. 18.

• Jeannie Lynn Dickens, 19, of 1829 Arden Drive in Lincolnton, was charged with DWI, careless and reckless driving, resisting/delaying/obstructing a public officer, malicious conduct by prisoner, contempt of court/violating orders of court and assault on a government official, Oct. 19.

• Trent Lamar Adair, 27, of Hawks Bill Drive in Lincolnton, was charged with violation of a county ordinance, Oct. 19.

Justin Lee Wise, 27, of Keener Road in Lincolnton, was charged with assault on a female, second-degree trespass and communicating threats.

• Amanda Marie Ewing Sain, 29, of Sam Houser Road in Vale, was charged with simple assault and simple assault and battery or affray, Oct. 19.

• Jo Ann Williams, 52, of Jenkins Printing Drive in Newton, was charged with second-degree trespassing and disorderly conduct, Oct. 20.

• Amanda Ashley Hinkle, 25, of Keener Road in Lincolnton, was charged with simple assault and simple assault and battery or affray.

• Vernor Hubert Boyles, 81, of West N.C. 27 in Vale, was charged with secretly peeping into a room occupied by a female, Oct. 20.

• Alicia Shante Horton, 42, of Maple Place in Lenoir, was charged with felony larceny and possessing stolen goods, Oct. 20.

• Julian Alexander Horton, 38, of 28th Avenue Place Northeast of Hickory, was charged with misdemeanor larceny, possessing stolen goods and first-degree trespassing, Oct. 20.

• Amanda Marie Hicks, 26, of Orchard Road in Iron Station, was charged with second-degree trespassing, Oct. 21.

• Candace Ann Coffey, 22, of Cherokee Drive in Maiden, was charged with two counts of violating probation, Oct. 21.
