Search warrant leads to indoor marijuana grow operation

Denver – Armed with a search warrant, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office narcotics investigators raided a Hagers Ferry Road home last night where they discovered an indoor marijuana grow operation and processed marijuana.
Officers went to the residence of Bryan Edward Lanning, 43, of 7970 Hagers Ferry Road, Denver after receiving a tip about the grow operation set up in the residence.
Eight marijuana plants were in the grow operation and other miscellaneous marijuana plants were discovered in the home.
The total weight of the marijuana was more than 65 ounces with a street value of approximately $7,900.
Lanning was charged with one felony count each of Manufacturing a Controlled Substance Schedule VI, Maintaining a Dwelling for a Controlled Substance and Possession with the Intent to Manufacture, Sell and Deliver a Controlled Substance Schedule VI.
He was also charged with one misdemeanor count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and four misdemeanor counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
He was placed in the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under a $60,000 secured bond.
