Lincoln County Sheriff’s Detectives Sally Dellinger and Dan Renn arrested Glenn Andrew Morgan, 57, of 1865 N Hwy 16, Denver, on one felony count of Statutory Rape/Sexual Offense of a 13, 14, or 15 year old by a defendant 6 years older.

The incident occurred sometime between Dec. 17, 2012 and Dec. 21, 2012 at the victim’s home.  The suspect knew the victim of the crime.

The incident was reported to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office by the Department of Social Services.

Morgan was placed in the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under a $250,000 secured bond.
