Jane Summey
LINCOLNTON – Jane Summey, 82, of Lincolnton, formerly of Iron Station, died June 20, 2012 at the Brian Center in Lincolnton.
Born July 16, 1929, in Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Clarence and Norva Jane Brown Summey. She worked in commercial insurance.
She is survived by several cousins.
Services were held June 22 at Warlick Funeral Home Burial followed in the Philadelphia Lutheran Church Cemetery.

Rebecca Ann Tyner Parrish Pharr
DENVER – Rebecca Ann Tyner Parrish Pharr, 71, of Denver, died June 21, 2012, at her home.
Born Feb. 26, 1941, in Siler City, she was the daughter of the late James C. and Ruby Pickard Blair Tyner.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Deanna Tyner Clayton.
Survivors include her husband Rainer Mack Pharr; sons Edward Lee Parrish Jr. and wife, Deb, and James Clinton Parrish and wife Lana; grandchildren Trey Parrish and fiancee Kelley Grindstaff, Addison Parrish, Cason Parrish, Jameson Parrish, Carly Thorpe and husband Jim, Adam Richardson and Eric Richardson; great grandchild Taylor Buchanan; sister Cathy Tyner Smithson and husband Gary; brother-in-law Mike Clayton and wife Becky.
Services were held Sunday, June 24, at Denver United Methodist Church.
The Good Samaritan Funeral Home, Denver, served the Pharr Family.

Nancy Talbert Robinson
LINCOLNTON – Nancy Talbert Robinson, 77, of Iron Station, died June 20, 2012 at the Lincoln Nursing Center.
Born June 1, 1935, in Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late Alvin Greer and Hilda Brotherton Talbert.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband R.A. Robinson Jr. She worked as a spinner at J.P. Stevens.
Survivors include her son Herschel Reel of Iron Station; sisters Julie Abernathy and Lorene Engle of Iron Station, Mary Wheeler of Stanley, Shirley Ward of Iron Station and Rosie Culp of Denver; grandson Shane Reel of Iron Station; granddaughter Emily Jones of Iron Station; and great-grandchildren Kaley and Shelby Reel.
Services were held June 22 at Sharon Baptist Church. Burial followed at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
