LINCOLNTON – Nearly 20 people are in jail after Lincoln County deputies rounded up suspected drug dealers this week. Deputies are still looking for several more suspects.

Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office narcotics investigators and deputies began arresting suspected street-level drug dealers, high-level traffickers and even first-time drug dealers Tuesday, June 19, in what they called Operation Midnight Special.

Deputies obtained warrants for about 35 people following undercover narcotics investigations that began in January.

Larry Seagle, public information officer for the Sheriff’s Office, said deputies made several arrests in the first night.

Most of the suspects were targeted and infiltrated based on tips received on the Drug Tip Line from members of the community, deputies said.

Arrests included:

Joseph Warren Adkins, 23, of 1389 North Gate Court, Denver, charged with one felony count each of possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance. He was placed on a $5,000 secured bond.

Dershae Mylantus Blackburn, 22, of 606 E. Church St., Lincolnton, charged with two felony counts each of selling and delivering cocaine and possession with the intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine. He was placed on a $10,000 unsecured bond.

Harold Gene Braddy Jr., 29, of 4571 Barley Court, Iron Station, charged with one felony count each of selling and delivering marijuana and possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana. He was released on a $5,000 secured bond.

Chad Matthew Bradley, 32, of 402 Green St., Lincolnton, charged with three felony counts of selling and delivering marijuana, two felony counts of possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana, and one felony count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance. He was booked on a $5,000 secured bond.

Michael Scott Brice, 48, of 113 E. Cemetery St., Maiden, charged with one felony count each of selling and delivering a schedule-II controlled substance and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance and possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule-II controlled substance. He was released on an $8,000 secured bond.

Jose Tito Castillo, 38, of  2103 N. Aspen St., Lincolnton, charged on a true bill of indictment. He was placed on a $15,000 secured bond.

Perry Adam Cook, 30, of 1581 North Brook Number III School Road, Vale, charged with one felony count each of trafficking schedule-II by possession, by sale and by delivery. He was booked on a $75,000 secured bond.

Angelo Stowe Fioramanti, 32, 3563 Woodstream Drive, Maiden, charged with one count each of possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana and selling and delivering marijuana. He was released on a $5,000 secured bond.

Amy Nicole Forney, 27, of 3496 Woodstream Drive, Maiden, charged with one felony count each of possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance and conspiracy possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana. She was released on a $5,000 secured bond.

Ricky Bryant Hill, 23, of 866 Ram Lane, Lincolnton, charged with two felony counts each of sell and deliver marijuana and possession with intent to manufacture, selling and delivering marijuana. His bond was set at $8,000.

Ryan James Johnston, 19, of 321 Elizabeth Ave., Lincolnton, charged with four felony counts of selling and delivering marijuana, three felony counts each of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance and one felony count possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana. His bond was set at $10,000 secured.

Carlos Montano, 49, of 1563 Oak Park Court, Iron Station, charged on a true bill of indictment and was placed on a $5,000 secured bond.

Sheryl Louise Montgomery, 51, of 5828 Rumfelt Road, Stanley, charged with one felony count each of selling and delivering a schedule-VI controlled substance, selling and delivering cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver schedule-VI controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine. She was placed on a $5,000 secured bond.

Cassander Bell Myers, 42, of 402 Green St., Lincolnton, charged with one felony count each of selling and delivering marijuana and possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana, two counts of conspiracy to sell and deliver marijuana and three felony counts of maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance. She was also served an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for worthless check. She was booked on an $11,000 secured bond.

Dustin Allen Myers, 22, of 402 Green St., Lincolnton, charged with one felony count each of selling and delivering a schedule-III controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance and possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule-III controlled substance. He is in jail on a $5,000 secured bond.

Brenda Ann Parker, 62, 315 N. High St., Lincolnton, charged with one count each of selling and delivering schedule-IV controlled substance and possession with the intent to sell and deliver schedule-IV controlled substance. She was placed on a $5,000 unsecured bond.

Robert Lee Soles, 25, of 6881 Rolling Hills Lane, Stanley, charged with one felony count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for a controlled substance. He was placed on a $5,000 secured bond.

Sally Jayne Strutt, 29, of 146 Leisure Trail, Lincolnton, charged with two felony counts each of selling and delivering marijuana and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana. She was booked on a $5,000 secured bond.

Edward Leroy York IV, 19, of 135 S. J Crawford Road, Lincolnton, charged with three felony counts each of selling and delivering marijuana and possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana. He is booked on a $5,000 secured bond.
